Enjoyed our stay at the Bigfoot Bungalow! Clean and well-maintained, great wifi, secluded location but close to all our activities. Fully fenced backyard with enough room to throw balls for the pup. It was the perfect place for us- lots of personality without the frills we don’t care about like fireplaces or hot tubs.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the Bigfoot Bungalow. The host responded promptly and politely to our communications. The yard is private and we liked the outdoor fire ring and the porch with the robin's nest! Hiking trails are close enough to walk to. The interior appears to be recently remodeled and it's really nice. Numerous songbirds to watch and listen to during the day, and spring peepers calling at night. We are likely to stay there again next time we visit Red River Gorge, and we recommend this rental cabin to others!

Thank you so much for the kind words, we really appreciate it! We’re glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting, the fire ring, and the porch… that little robin has definitely made herself at home this season. It’s great to hear you were able to take advantage of the nearby trails and soak in all the sounds of the woods, day and night. We’d love to have you back anytime you’re heading to the Gorge. Thanks again for taking such good care of the place and for the recommendation!
