**House Rules & Guidelines**

**General Rules**
**No Local Bookings:** Our property is reserved for out-of-town guests. However, exceptions may be granted—please inquire.
**Respect the Space:** Return all used items to their original location.

**Furniture & Items**
**Do Not Move Furniture:** If you do, return it to its original place.
**Remotes & Accessories:** Keep all remotes in their designated locations.

**Grill & Outdoor Use**
**Grill Care:**
- Clean the grill after each use.
- Turn the propane **ON before** use and **OFF after** cooking.
- Cover the grill when finished.
- We do ask if the propane tanks are empty that they are exchanged for new ones and we would be more than happy to reimburse you. (Please Read)

**Outdoor Games & Toys:**
- Return all games, floats, and toys to their proper spots.
- Ensure all pieces are accounted for.

**House Temperature & Utilities**
**A/C Setting:** Set the indoor AC unit to **78°F** when leaving.

**Breakages & Issues:** Report any damage immediately.

**Bathroom & Plumbing**
**Toilet Use:**
- Only flush **toilet paper**—no wipes, even if labeled "flushable."
- Dispose of any other items in the trash.

**Pet Policy**
**Pets are welcome!** There is a **$100 pet fee** per pet.
**Cleaning Up After Pets:** A **$50 penalty** will be charged **per dog poop** not picked up.

**Penalties & Fees**
**No Smoking Indoors:** A **$200 penalty** will be charged for smoking inside or leaving any smoking-related residue outside.
**No Parties or Unauthorized Guests:** A **$1000 penalty** will be charged for any unauthorized gatherings.

DO NOT DUMP TRASH OUTSIDE
Please do not leave any trash or trash bags outside in the front of the house that is visible from street, on top of or next to the side gates. The City will issue us hefty fines if you do.
This area is under 24/7 video surveillance.
Violators will be identified and fined $500.
Help keep our neighborhood clean and respectful.

WiFi access details and contact information will be posted inside the house.

Grill Use Reminder
We kindly ask that guests clean the grill thoroughly after each use to help maintain its excellent condition for everyone to enjoy. This ensures a great experience not just for you, but for future guests as well.

If the grill is left uncleaned, a cleaning fee of $25–$35 may be applied.

Pool Heater Notice
Please note that our pool heater is turned off from March to September . If you’d like the heater activated during these months, we kindly ask that you request it in advance to ensure a warm and enjoyable swim.

Note: Pool Can be heated to 80 F and stay on that temperature during your stay. A pool heating fee of $100 applies . Please let us know 24 Hour before your arrival to ensures the water stays warm and comfortable for your enjoyment during your stay.
