Located right in the heart of Pacific Beach just a stone’s throw from Mission Bay and a short walk to the beach is this charming, standalone cottage giving you your own boho-style oasis just steps from all the action!



The cozy cottage features a chic living area, a galley-style kitchen, a walk-through bedroom that steps up into the second bedroom and a gorgeous front yard with an outdoor lounge.



Stay just mins from the beach, cafes, shopping, the boardwalk & Downtown with all its attractions



The Space:

Step through the glamorous front yard of this rare, standalone cottage that shares no walls with its neighbors (incredibly hard to come by in the pacific beach area) and make your way inside using the easy, keyless entry.



The living space invites you in to relax with a soft leather longe and a plush accent chair. Both center around the large, wall mounted TV with access to streaming apps to keep everyone entertained. The living space can also be set up as a third sleeping area with an airbed for an additional two guests upon request.



Cook up delicious pancakes, sweet smelling waffles or just some traditional toast in the fully equipped galley-style kitchen. Here you’ll have everything you need including a coffee maker, quality cookware, dinnerware and plenty of utensils.



Gather together for meals around the rustic, provincial dining table set for four or if you don’t feel like cooking, walk just 5 minutes to cafes, restaurants and bars along the vibrant Garnet St – you can also stop into the handy convenience store just steps away for when you need a quick snack.



There are two spacious bedrooms within the home that offer a unique walk-through layout where you have to pass through bedroom one to step up into bedroom two.



Bedrooms one and two both feature comfortable queen beds and sparkling ensuite bathrooms that come stocked with all the essentials. There is also an airbed that can be set up in the living space giving you room for up to 6 guests in total.



On a sunny San Diego Day, step out into your own little outdoor oasis where you can enjoy a drink or two on the stylish, woven lounge or simply sit in the inviting hammock chair of an afternoon and lose yourself in a good book.

Also outside is the external laundry nook where you’ll find a washing machine and dryer along with complimentary detergent so you can pack light and wash on the go.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the home and gorgeous front yard. You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee, a laundry nook and access to streaming apps on the big-screen TV.



The Neighborhood:

The gorgeous, standalone cottage gives you a great central base to experience living like a local right in the heart of Pacific Beach just minutes away from all the action.



From the cottage guests can walk or drive to the beach with its beautiful stretches of sand and crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and surfing. The boardwalk, also known as Ocean Front Walk, is a great place for a stroll or bike ride while taking in the stunning ocean views or exploring the many shops, restaurants, and bars.



Enjoy the thrills and spills at Belmont Park (9 min drive) located right on the beach with rides for all ages, great local food and even fit in some shopping.

Here you can visit the largest water park of its kind in the world, Mission Bay Aquatic Park, which offers everything from kayaking and stand up paddle boarding to water skiing, sailing, kite surfing and everything in between. If you’d rather stay on land, families can bike ride, picnic, barbecue or celebrate with bonfires right next to the water.



See dolphins, orcas, sea lions much more at SeaWorld just a 7 minute drive away or experience the Old Town Historic Park, an open air living history museum then wander down to the heart of pacific beach for some great shopping, food or for a night out.



Visit the picturesque Lake Murray, a favorite green space for locals. The lake is surrounded by paved trails, making it the perfect place for an evening walk, a picnic in the afternoon or exploring the water on a rented kayak.

For even more green space, make your way to Balboa Park with 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here you can explore 17 museums then visit the San Diego Zoo which is always #1 on the best zoos in the world list and definitely worth a visit.



Explore can’t-miss shops and hangouts in neighborhoods such as the Gaslamp Quarter, the East Village, North Park and Old Town then be spoilt for choice when it comes to food with a mix of fine dining through to food trucks serving up some of the best fish tacos you will every taste!

There is something for everyone to enjoy all just 10 to 15 minutes from your door!



Getting Around:

There is a bus station right around the corner as well as on demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area. Most of my guest use Ride Share programs such as Uber and Lyft to get around

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a furnished cottage!



This property is stocked with bath towels, hair dryers, Irons, and hotel-style body wash and shampoo/conditioner. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
