I brought my family down for the 4th and it was a wonderful place to stay. We had plenty of room and it was a great neighborhood for small kids.

Beautiful home. It was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We had several meals on the large table on the back patio. Nice appliances. Comfortable beds.

We were really only there to sleep, but the house was very clean and very nice. Close to lots of restaurants etc. Host was very accessible. We honestly wish we had had more time to relax and enjoy..

We stayed at this property in August 2026 when my mother had her surgery and post-op stay at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville (about a 10-15 minute drive away). This 4-bedroom (3 kings and 1 bunk room) 2-bath house was recently remodeled with nice upgrades (especially the master bath), and the price was fair. The kitchen was well stocked for those who like to cook with ample counter space, and the pantry was spacious.All the appliances appeared new and were functional (washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, garbage disposal). The charcoal Weber grill came in handy along with the outdoor table and chairs that seats 6 and is covered to protect you from rain. There is a fire pit on the back patio, and the backyard is fenced in.The Wi-fi was strong and the home office with a desk allowed for work to be done on the laptop. The two large screen TVs (den and master bedroom) had a wide variety of channels and apps. Curbside garbage pick up occurs on Thursday mornings.The neighborhood was nice and quiet and is located in a very low crime area in Jacksonville according to law enforcement statistics. The host was very timely with responses when we reached out with questions and was extremely accomodating. I would stay here again.

We stayed in this wonderful home for about 4 weeks. We were in the area to help a family member who was receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our group . We wanted a place that was clean and comfortable for all of us. This home exceeded all of our expectations.It felt like home from the moment we entered it. The host had snacks and drinks and supplies available for us when we arrived. We were so grateful for those thoughtful welcome gifts. It is super clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen has everyting you need to have meals together. The appliences are new. We had our young grandchildren and their parents with us. It was really nice to have a children's room with bunk beds. They loved having their fun space. The other bedrooms have very comfortable beds and are very clean and nicely decorated There is also a dedicated space for a work area. The patio was a perfect place for outdoor lunches. The home is in a quiet lovely residential area. The owners really wanted us to enjoy their home. They were great to work with and are very gracious hosts.

The house was very nice & roomy. I love the king beds in most the rooms. And the treats left in the fridge & things in the pantry were nice. I do think the house overall needs a good deep clean & I wasn't crazy about the AC being at 80 - it took a while for it to cool off. We would stay again!

Very clean house. very spacious, the pictures do it no justice. Location was great, everything was like 15 minutes away. We definitely recommend!
