Accommodations are suitable for a single person or couple visiting Asheville for vacationing pleasure, business or both. Located in a quiet neighborhood less than 4 miles from downtown and there is access to the Blue Ridge Parkway without a single traffic light. Private and secure entry is separate from main home. Spacious living room with fireplace and streaming TV for lounging. Kitchenette with self serve coffee, microwave and minifridge. Parking is easy and only steps away from the door.

The custom woodwork throughout the space was a collaborative design between owner and craftsman. Using locally sourced materials for cabinets; and urban reclaimed hardwood lumber for furnishings, doors and original paneling, all uniquely designed with a handcrafted touch.

My wife and I took a weekend trip to Asheville to visit the Biltmore and stayed here. We found the house very nice and very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I loved this space so much! It’s perfect for one person or a couple traveling up to Asheville. The location was close enough to downtown that you felt like you could get anywhere you wanted but tucked away in the woods to feel like you got out of the city for a little bit. The host was amazing and super nice! They truly put thought and love into this space. The keyless check-in is super nice as well.
