• Violation will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

• Middle porch / Back porch

To respect privacy and maintain neighborhood peace:

🚗 Parking
• Please park only in the driveway ( You may use the entire driveway on the booked property for parking during your stay)
• Do not park on the street or block neighbors’ property.
- Two vehicle is included with your stay.
-After 2 vehicles each additional vehicle is $25 per stay and must be approved in advance.
- After approval a maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted to park in the driveway only. Any additional vehicles require prior approval from the host and may be subject to alternative parking arrangements. 🚨 Please respect our neighbors and private property. Do not park on the street or block, or use neighboring driveways, yards, grass, or lawns for any reason, including turning around vehicles. Guests may be held responsible for any costs, damages, complaints, or civil issues resulting from violations of this rule.🚨 -Unexpected construction vehicle or heavy vehicle is not allowed.
