Luxury apartment with spectacular views and communal pool Ap. Playas de Conil is a newly furnished spacious and luminous apartment with a large roof terrace. It sleeps up to 6 people. No wishes remain unfulfilled here: From the private underground parking place you reach the apartment with the elevator, the community pool offers refreshment if you do not want to go to the beach, fiber optics Internet, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room and of course a fully equipped kitchen. The dreamlike roof terrace is over 100m² in size and offers a large dining table, lounge furniture and sun loungers.
The living room is of elegantly furnished. It has a large dining table with a beautiful chandelier, and from the sofa and the the balcony you have a wonderful view to the sea. Living room and all 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with cooling and heating function, which provide pleasant temperatures all year round.
The bedrooms (2 double and one twin) are luminous and inviting and have built-in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom (with tub and shower overhead), There is also a smaller shower room.
The kitchen is not big, but hobby chefs will find everything they need to prepare delicious meals. Oven and dishwasher are also available.
The pool is maintained all year round, except maintenance work that are usually done early spring time)

Cosas que se pueden mejorar: - Pocas bolsas de basura y pocas pastillas de lavavajillas: son necesarias algunas más . Pasa igual con el papel higiénico - las alfombrillas de los cuartos de baño deberían estar más limpias - Ambos baños (sobre todo el principal) tienen mal olor, a desagüe… habría que revisar los botes si fónicos o los desagües… Por lo demás, todo bien Gracias

Estuvimos del 24 al 31 de julio de 2023 una familia de 5 miembros. Urbanización ubicada entre la rotonda del Aldi y la que lleva a Zahara. Todo muy nuevo. Ruido 0. Ni gallos, ni tráfico: nada de nada. La casa igualmente nueva. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. A pesar de las fechas apenas lo pusimos, pero funciona de 10. Todos los muebles, el menaje, etc perfecto (cuchillos de cocina afilados, no digo más). Camas comodísimas. Playa más próxima Los Bateles. Andando al mismo centro del pueblo menos de quince minutos. La terraza espectacular (le falta algo de luz por la noche, por ponerle un pero). La casa a un lado mira al mar y al otro al campo. No nos entró ni una mosca. ¿Aconsejo alquilar este inmueble? Hace unos 25 años que voy a Conil de veraneo, he estado en muchas casas más o menos grandes, costosas, etc. Esta casa es la que más me ha gustado, la verdad. La piscina pequeña, pero poca gente. La plaza de garaje subterránea junto a la puerta del ascensor. Los niños se duchaban a la vez en cada baño y el agua sale con presión y temperatura. Hay un termo bajo las escaleras y en ese mismo espacio dos sillas de playa de las buenas del Decathlon y dos sombrillas. Buen detalle. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Wir haben ein wunderschönes und sauberes Apartment vorgefunden. Man konnte sich hier direkt wohlfühlen und es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so gebrauchen kann. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei, toller Ausblick von Terrasse und Balkon, sogar eine Broschüre mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Aktivitäten etc. lag bereit. Der Service war super, uns wurde die Umgebung erklärt und ebenso ein paar Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir freuen uns bald wieder zu kommen!

Lovely apartment right at the back of the town so very steep walk into and out of town. Lovely views from terrace and balcony. Well equipped kitchen and very spacious for a family. A couple of things were broken on our arrival which I reported but were never fixed during our stay. A mirror and dressing table would be very useful in the main bedroom.we were missing a hairdryer and iron on arrival but these brought round the following day. The apartment wasn’t cleaned or towels changed during our whole stay and I think this should be done after a week.

Urlaub Juli 2021. Wohnung komplett eingerichtet, Pool perfekt zur Abkühlung. Strand und Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick und gemütlicher Lounge bei Rotwein. Service. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, detaillierte Broschüre mit Tipps und Infos zu Ausflügen, Stränden, Essen und Trinken. Fernbedienung Klimaanlage funktionierte erst nicht, nach nur wenigen Stunden (auch nicht selbstverständlich!!!) war der technische Dienst da und alles funktionierte. Wiederkommen garantiert.

Piso nuevo,amplio y limpio, con todo lo necesario para estar unos dias. Grandisima terraza completa y con muy buenas vistas. A 15 minutos del centro andando. Fuimos en junio y no habia mucha gente en la piscina asi que se estaba genial. En la zona había bastante aparcamiento.

Traumhaft !

Wir haben im Oktober 2019 zwei wunderbar erholsame Urlaubswochen in dieser schönen, hellen Wohnung verbracht und haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Wenn ein Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dieser Dachterrasse beginnt, kann er nur gut werden! :-) Alles war sehr sauber und der Eigentümer hat an alles gedacht - wir haben uns zum Beispiel gefreut, dass es warme Einziehdecken für die kälteren Nächte gab. Auch die gesamte Abwicklung hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, hier irgendwann wieder Urlaub zu machen.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

„Playas de Conil“ lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl darin. Die fantastische Dachterrasse ist wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer, mit ihrer gemütlichen Sitzecke und dem großen Tisch - und dem herrlichen Blick auf Meer und Berge. Ein toller Standort für einen schönen Urlaub in Andalusien!
