The spacious bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two comfortable queen beds, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. In the living room, a queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space without sacrificing comfort or style. The well-appointed bathroom features elegant granite countertops, a walk-in shower, and tile flooring, creating a clean, modern retreat after a day at the beach.

Additional amenities enhance your stay, including smart TVs in the living room and bedroom for easy streaming and entertainment, a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops—perfect for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to full meals. Whether you’re relaxing indoors, by the numerous pools or taking in the endless ocean views, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

This condo is located in Myrtle Beach's prestigious "Golden Mile," a quiet, family-friendly area. On-site amenities include:

Non-Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the building and on balconies; designated smoking areas are available.
Vehicle Restrictions: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or pets are allowed on the premises.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Clean, easy to check in and check out. If we were to come back to Myrtle beach this is where we would stay. Only thing I want to make aware is parking was very difficult for a suv. Also if you want something within walking distance to food or treats this location is not for you. We however wanted to be away from the rush, so it worked for us.

Great stay

Condo is nicely redone and comfortable. The property is also nicely kept. Fantastic location closer to North Myrtle where its quiet and the beach isn't overly crowded. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay in the South Wind 204 property fully met my expectations. The property is very clean and well maintained. The amenities such as the pools, hot tubs & lazy river were great and exactly as they were depicted in pre-rental photos. This condo is on the 2nd floor of the building and very convenient with regards to the parking which is also located on the 2nd floor. It’s located very close to all Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. The property is a short maybe 3 to 3/12 mile drive to the boardwalk.. It’s next to a very nice residential area. I found that to be a real advantage, less noise and no traffic jams. The view of the beach from the outside balcony is excellent. The beach was groomed on a regular basis and the property is located is just steps away. There are lifeguards on duty and beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. One small complaint it that the company renting this equipment sets up about 30 umbrellas directly behind the property. That’s nice if you want to rent one, but forces you to move a little further down the beach if you brought your own equipment, many guests did just that and for the most part those most of the rentals weren’t even used. The overall property seems very safe because of its location and property surveillance. The rules are reasonable and appropriate to enhance your wellbeing. This property was rented through Luxury Beach Rentals. Their service before, during and after was excellent. If anytime in the future I decide to vacation in the Myrtle Beach area they will be the first company I contact for either the property at South Wind or elsewhere.

Beautiful October vacation!

I truly did not expect this quaint condo to exceed my expectations but it did! Photos posted above are very accurate. The physical location was the very best part. Across 52nd Avenue are several awesome local hangouts and a marvelous Italian diner, reservations needed! You will not be disappointed. Pine Lake Tavern is also located in the same plaza! Great happy hour choices and menu. Local talent play Wednesday and Friday in both taverns. This condo was perfect for the two of us in so many ways. The second floor location, easy access condo, the adorable tasteful decor, nice size bathroom with plenty of space for cosmetics/toiletries and cozy bedroom were just some of our favorites. Nice sized television in bedroom and living space. The second floor balcony is nice but it is above the noisy very busy hot tubs. The hot tub is loud when in use. Folks tend to shout at one another because of it. Because the three pools were too cold to use, folks hung out in the hot tubs. One evening a group was using inappropriate language I shut the sliding door. Because of the location you hear constant conversations all day and all night. There is one pool semi under roof - no windows, cool air blows right through through the bottom parking lot it shares space with. extremely cold water. If windows enclosed this pool and the pool heated it would be a great asset to the resort. well maintained and clean resort. Pool area beautiful. Easy beach access. Perfect size. Don’t hesitate!

I enjoyed the fact that this resort did not have water park and other loud amentinties. It was calm and quite for the most part. A relaxing stay. The facilities were in great condition. We spent alot of time in the lazy river. We really loved the room and the updated features. The only drawback was that the rental did not seem as if it were cleaned as well as I would have liked it to be. There was sand on the floors upon our arrival and there was a stain on the bedroom floor that could have been mopped up. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay!

The beds were cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, there was a vacuum, broom and 2 mops so you can clean up after yourselves. The 2nd floor was a very nice location looking over all the pools. The Oceanview was beautiful. I do wish check in time was earlier then 4:00pm, by the time you get in the room and unpack the day is over. 2:00 is a fair time for check in, in my opinion.

First Myrtle Beach Experience

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and we will be back. We loved the property, it was very clean. Beds were nice and firm for a good nights sleep. The only thing we would of liked to see is a bigger trash can but for the space it was fine. The lazy river kept the kiddos entertained for hours!! Highly recommend.

Great location other than that just okay

The condo is located in a nice building right on the beach close to many restaurants. The pools, lazy River and hot tubs were great. The unit is tastefully decorated. Couple areas of improvement that would make the experience better: -the mattresses were uncomfortable, much too firm -existing shower head pressure is inadequate, should be upgraded -upon check in there was only 1 roll of bathroom tissue and 1 garbage bag provided. It was an inconvenience to have to run out and get them. Should provide these inexpensive items. Overall we enjoyed our stay giving 4 out of 5 mostly based on the location.

Lovely condo

This is the second time my husband and I stayed in the same condo at Southwind. The place is very comfortable and had everything we needed. I like the fact it is away from the busy vacation area but close enough to access restaurants and entertainment.
