No Air Conditioning
Please note there is no air conditioning in the condo or anywhere in the building. While temperatures are generally comfortable, it can feel warm on some summer afternoons. Fans are provided, and opening the living room windows creates great airflow.

Evenings cool down quickly, with nighttime temperatures typically in the 50s or lower during the summer.

Such a great condo and location! We did a sisters winter trip with two adult kids. The four of us had plenty of room for sleeping (3 comfy beds and large couch) and activities (fun games that are available in the condo). The mountain views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room were terrific. The hosts were quick to answer any questions, provided helpful tips, and made us feel welcomed. It is located conveniently near Navajo Lodge at Brian Head where we spent most of our time "trying" to ski and snowboard. There is a free shuttle that picks you up in front of the building. We used it to get to Navajo Lodge but ended up walking back since we wanted to and only took a few minutes. It's a quick drive to the other lodge where we went for dinner. The property has an indoor pool, hot tub, and other amenities we were excited about, but we enjoyed the condo so much that we spent our time there playing games and watching movies. Overall a great stay with many great memories, and we're already talking about our next trip back!
