Modern, sunny holiday home with private pool and stunning views close to Pollensa. Finca Leandro is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has magnificent views of the Puig de Maria mountain. The house is in easy walking distance to the town centre of Pollensa.

Finca Leandro is located in walking distance to the beautiful old town of Pollensa. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Leandro is a comfortable and sunny holiday home, which combines traditional elements with modern features to perfection. All on one floor there are a living/dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and two bedrooms. Off the lounge, there is the master double bedroom with a step down to the split-level, en suite full bathroom. A door leads to a separate area comprising a toilet. This bathroom can also be accessed from the entrance hall. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with a bathroom en-suite.Both bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning on a timer.

Finca Leandro has beautiful, mature gardens and a large plot with a magnificent pool and views of the Puig de Maria mountain. There is a nice barbecue area with brick-built BBQ, worktop, sink and dining table and a ping-pong table for some fun during the day. The large terrace is fitted with comfortable sofas and chairs. The pool has Roman steps at one end and a separate section for children.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
