Ideally located in the heart of the Cape, this inviting coastal retreat offers a calm, family-friendly atmosphere while being just minutes from the soft sands of Mayflower Beach and countless classic Cape experiences.

Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, along with a flexible bonus area, offering plenty of space for families or small groups to spread out and relax. The open-concept main floor features a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed for stress-free dining. The adjacent living room includes cozy seating, a gas fireplace, and an HDTV, plus a quiet front TV room for movie nights or downtime after the beach. With central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, and professionally laundered linens and towels, everything is set up to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

The sleeping arrangements are ideal for a variety of groups: the primary suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath. A second bedroom includes a queen and twin bed, while the third bedroom offers two full beds and a twin-over-full bunk. A bonus room with a comfortable queen bed provides an additional place for guests to recharge, making this home great for multi-generational families or couples.

Step outside into your private backyard featuring a large deck, Weber grill, Adirondack chairs surrounding a propane fire pit, and a refreshing outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after daytime adventures. You’ll also have access to a variety of beach gear, including towels, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, toys, and boogie boards to make your beach days easy and fun.

Walk to Peterson’s Market or Oliver’s Restaurant, or take a short drive to ice cream shops, local theaters, mini golf, walking trails, and shopping. Whether you're gathering under the stars by the fire pit or exploring the tidal flats of Mayflower Beach, Cape Harmony delivers all the elements of a stress-free, memory-filled vacation.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a flood light positioned in the left-hand corner of the garage that faces the driveway.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
