With lake access just steps across the property, a shared dock, kayaks, bikes, a fire pit, yard games, and a separate game room, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained rain or shine.

Whether you're planning a summer lake vacation, a fishing trip, a fall ATV adventure, or a winter snowmobile getaway, this is a place where families and friends can slow down to enjoy time together.

Lake & Outdoor Fun

Enjoy easy access to Lake Holcombe with our dock just a short walk across the yard.



- Cast a line right from the dock

- 3 kayaks included with your stay

- Bring your own boat and tie it up at the dock during your stay

- Adult and children's bikes available

- Firewood provided for relaxing around the fire pit or making s'mores

- Cornhole, Yard Yahtzee and other outdoor games

Bring your boat and explore the lake, head to nearby waterfront bars and restaurants, or simply spend the day fishing and enjoying the water.



For fall adventures, bring your ATV/UTV and explore nearby trails, or enjoy hiking on the Ice Age Trail. Winter brings ice fishing and easy access to snowmobile trails from the lake.

When it's time to come inside the fun doesn't have to stop!



Our separate game room includes:

Lake Access & Water Activities

The dock is available for guests to enjoy during their stay. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat and tie up at the dock.

The shoreline near the end of the dock has lily pads and vegetation, so this area is not ideal for swimming or jet skis. Please use appropriate caution around the water.



Guest Access

Guests have access to the first level of the home, detached one-car garage, separate game room, large yard and lake access with dock.

Good to Know

We provide a starter supply of household essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies.



- Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Cell service can be limited, particularly during peak season.

- Grill: A grill is provided. Guests are asked to bring their own charcoal.

- Pets: No pets are allowed.

- Fireworks: To respect our neighbors and for insurance reasons, aerial fireworks are not permitted.

- Campers: Campers are not permitted on the property.

- Water: Please be aware of the shoreline conditions around the dock, including lily pads and vegetation.
