Welcome to this welcoming, luxury condo in Wilmington. This cozy, professionally designed and decorated one-bedroom retreat features a king bed, perfect for a restful night. The bathroom offers a soothing shower and a bidet for added comfort. Guests will appreciate the thoughtful touches, ensuring an enjoyable stay no matter the season. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this condo provides a peaceful spot to unwind. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
A short walk to restaurants, coffee shops and bars, the riverwalk, and nightlife! There is everything you could ask for within walking distance. Also a 15 minute drive to the beaches!

This is not a place for families or for a quiet stay. There is a bar over the condo and it is loud on the weekends. There are earplugs and fans for noise.

This was one of the best VRBOs we have ever rented. Everything you could ever need was available. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need if you choose to stay in or a list of local restaurants if we wanted to go out. We felt like we were in a luxury hotel. The owner was super responsive. We will definitely be staying there again.
