The Space:

Welcome to your coastal sanctuary at 36 Springwood Villa. This expansive 1,576 sq. ft. multi-level retreat is designed for groups who value both shared connection and private relaxation.

Living & Dining: The main level features a bright, open-concept floor plan. The living area is anchored by comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. Large glass sliders open to your private balcony, where you can enjoy the "Lowcountry" breeze and serene views of the surrounding gardens and palms.

Gourmet Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or a full family dinner, you’ll find everything you need, including a Keurig coffee station and a full-sized washer/dryer.

Primary Suite: Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a plush King-sized bed, a private vanity area, and an en-suite bathroom.

Guest Suites: The second bedroom offers a quiet Queen bed with its own en-suite. The oversized third bedroom is perfect for families, featuring two Queen beds and a dedicated bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

Guest Access:

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire villa and its private balcony. Community amenities include:

The Springwood Pool: A large, sunny outdoor pool and a dedicated wading pool for toddlers (open seasonally, April – October).

Parking: Two dedicated parking spaces are provided directly in front of the unit.

Tennis: Located directly across the street from the world-renowned Van Der Meer Tennis Center.



Other Things to Note:

Proximity: We are a literal 10-minute walk (0.6 miles) to the public beach access at Coligny Beach Park.

No Elevator: This unit is located on the second floor; guests must be able to navigate a flight of stairs.

Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of soaps, paper products, and trash bags to get your vacation started.

Bikes & Gear: Hilton Head is a "bike-first" island. There are bike racks located throughout the complex for your rentals.
