SLEEPING NOTE: The main bed is a Murphy bed, and the bunk room is a very small, interior nook—perfect for kids!
Enjoy a well-equipped kitchenette, a relaxing living area, and a private patio with stunning views. Resort amenities: Year-round pools, hot tubs, fitness center, pickleball, and trail access. Perfect for year-round activities: skiing, fishing, and golfing.

Welcome to Unit 722, our efficient and perfectly located studio condo (approximately 484 sq. ft.) at Seventh Mountain Resort. We designed this space to be the perfect base camp for active individuals and small families who prioritize location and resort amenities over expansive size.
⚠️ Please Note: This is a compact resort studio. While it comfortably accommodates 4, we find it is most comfortable for two adults or families with children. Groups of four adults should be comfortable with an intimate layout.
🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements
Main Living Area: Features a Queen Murphy Bed that easily tucks away to create a spacious living room during the day. Enjoy a comfortable night's rest on a high-quality mattress.
Bunk Nook (Compact Second Room): A separate, very small, interior room houses a Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed. This cozy nook is perfect for children or teens and does not have a window.

Updated Style: The entire unit has been tastefully updated with quartz countertops and a modern-rustic charm.
Living Area: Relax by the electric fireplace in the evening, or step out onto the private balcony for peaceful forest views.
Kitchenette: A small but fully equipped space with a full-size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and four-burner cooktop.
Bathroom: One full bathroom. Note that the vanity/sink area is open to the bunk nook/hallway, offering efficient use of the space.
Technology: Dedicated Wi-Fi allows for fast and secure work or browsing when you're not outside adventuring!

🔑 Guest Access: Seamless Entry & Amenity Fun
Your access is a quick two-step process designed for convenience:
Step 1: Condo Access (Self Check-in)
You will receive a unique, Wi-Fi enabled lock code via the Airbnb platform 24 hours before your arrival.
You can proceed directly to Unit 722 to check yourself in any time after 4:00 PM. No need to stop at the resort office just to get into the condo!
Step 2: Resort Amenities (Key Card Pickup)
To access the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and other resort facilities, you must check in at the main Seventh Mountain Resort front desk. The staff will ask for identification and information that may seem redundant.
Though it's somewhat inconvienient, this brief stop is necessary to obtain your amenity key cards and allows you to enjoy all the resort has to offer.
The office is located in the main lodge building. Please stop by at your convenience after arriving.
We aim to make your check-in as smooth as possible so you can start enjoying the hot tubs and pools right away!
🤝 Interaction with Guests
We strive to give you a completely private, resort-style experience. Since your entry is keyless, we will not meet you in person.
Communication: We prefer to use the Airbnb messaging platform for all non-urgent questions and local recommendations. We are quick to respond during business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST).
Emergencies:
For Condo Issues (e.g., issues with the unit lock, in-unit maintenance): Please call or text me directly. The number will be available after booking.
For Resort Issues (e.g., noise complaints, pool access problems, common area emergencies): Please contact the 24-hour Front Desk located in the main lodge.

Cozy & Compact: This is an approximately 484 sq. ft. studio apartment. It is highly efficient but compact.
Sleeping Arrangement:
Bedroom 1 / Living Area: Features the Queen Murphy Bed.
Bedroom 2 / Bunk Nook: The Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed is located in a very small, separate room that can be described as more of a large closet.
The Shared Sink: This small bunk room shares an opening with the bathroom sink area.
Guest Comfort: Groups of 4 adults are welcome, but please be aware the space is compact and the bunk nook is best suited for children. Please be comfortable with this unique sleeping arrangement before booking.
🚫 Resort Rules & Community Compliance
Amenity Access: To access the pools, hot tubs, and fitness center, you MUST check in at the main Seventh Mountain Resort Front Desk to obtain an amenity key card.
Noise & Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Pool/Hot Tub Hours: Resort pools and hot tubs are open daily from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (subject to change). No lifeguards are on duty; supervise all children closely. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the patio/deck.
No Pets: This is not a pet-friendly unit. Please respect this rule to protect future guests.
Parking: Parking is available in the resort lots.
