Villa KALI - gigantic view of the sea and the mountains; with private pool

The very well-maintained and cozy vacation home Casa Kali offers you a stunning 180° panoramic view. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, faces southwest, and borders a nature reserve.

The hillside property covers an area of 850 m². The garden is terraced and has been lovingly landscaped. Here you’ll find a botanical oasis with Mediterranean trees, shrubs, and flowers that you can explore all around the house. Beautiful spots, including a wooden deck, invite you to linger. Thanks to the wide variety of vantage points, you can enjoy breathtaking views.
You’ll have a stunning view of the sea, the Peñón de Ifach, and even the Montgó. The vineyards stretching out before you give you the feeling of experiencing a still-unspoiled part of Spain. And when you look out at the surrounding villages from the sunroom in the evening, you’ll see a sea of lights that you won’t soon forget.

The villa features 2 fully equipped apartments, each with approximately 75 m² of living space. The apartments are not connected to each other within the house and have separate entrances. This way, you can enjoy your vacation with family or friends, yet everyone still has their own space.
Ground-floor apartment: Here you’ll find 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the kitchen, and a living and dining room with access to the balcony. The sunroom with cozy seating is also located on this level. From there, a comfortable outdoor spiral staircase leads down to the pool terrace. A spacious canopy and a beach umbrella provide ample shade and a cozy atmosphere by the pool.
Basement apartment: From the pool terrace, you can also access the lower apartment, which features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open kitchen, and a combined living and dining room. However, the basement apartment also has a separate entrance that leads from the property’s main entrance, via stairs running along the side of the house, to the pool terrace.
You always have the house to yourself; the apartments are never rented out separately.
A barbecue area with a gas grill (new) is located right next to the pool terrace and perfectly rounds out your vacation experience.
