Welcome to Sticks in the Sand 10B, a beachfront vacation rental in Miramar Beach, Florida. This studio, 1-bath Gulf-front end unit sits directly on the sand and comfortably sleeps 2–3 guests, making it perfect for couples or a small getaway. Located on the first floor (entry level), this condo offers effortless access to the beach—just 14 steps from your private back porch to the Gulf of Mexico. Fall asleep to the sound of waves, not traffic, and wake up to breathtaking ocean views.

The open and airy main living area features a king-size bed, a fold-out sofa, and a cozy seating area ideal for dining or remote work. Floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf allow you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean even with the doors closed.
The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, dishes, and silverware, while the large bathroom boasts a spa-like shower with dual jets, & a rain shower head. A private laundry room with washer and dryer is also included for your convenience.

This was the third or fourth time my husband and I have stayed at this property for our anniversary, and we always enjoy it. This property is right on the beach. Only you and tenants of 10A are on your section of the beach. The property is always clean. It's a quiet area. There is a gas station right across the street if you need anything. This is also a great area for walking and jogging. Love it here

Amazing weekend

This was the perfect place for what we were looking for. Amazing view right on the beach and just the right size for two of us. It’s hard to find a place meant to accommodate only two people and this place delivered! The unit has a smart tv which was not clear when we booked it, but it was a welcome surprise! We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re looking for a beach getwlaway. I highly recommend staying here!

Great amenities

This place was perfect for a week at the beach. It had everything we needed and was wonderfully located. Within walking distance to a bar and grill right on the beach and a winery is just across the street and down a little. The beach is just right outside your door and is nice and clean.

Always our favorite place to stay!

Beautiful and perfect view! Walking distance to everything- whales tail, the moon crush concerts, stores, a cute breakfast place. Coffee on the beach every am. What more could you want? We return every year!

Couldn’t ask for anything better

Perfect location with all of the amenities needed for a couple looking for a few days away. Can’t beat the location with the pristine emerald waters a few feet away. Can’t wait to visit again and stay at this bit of heaven! Love it!

Excellent experience

Property was jus as described and owner was very prompt on answering any questions we had. Check in was easy and the stay was great.Strongly recommend the experience. Would stay there again without a doubt. No complaints.

This place was clean on right on the beach and lots of chairs and other items to enjoy the beach without having to buy your own. My only complaint is I would have liked to have had a full-length mirror, other than that we had a great time.

The condo was everything it was advertised to be.

Upon arrival we found the amenities as described. The vew was fantastic. While the beach was easily accessable it was easy to sit on the balcony and view the ocean. Which is where we spent most of our time. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Pleasant week

Other than not receiving the door code on time, we loved our stay in 10B. Everything was convenient and amenities were sufficient. We never even turned on the Tv—we loved sitting on the deck in the new “high chairs” watching the beautiful ocean and beach. The short walk to the water’s edge was great. The bed was comfortable and appliances seemed new. It took us a while to figure out how to use the induction stove. Great stay.

Sticks in the Sand 10B Thumbs Up!!!

My wife and I stayed in 10B, which is a small studio townhouse, the last week of September. Everything was as described and very clean. Great location right on the beach. The first thing you notice from the deck is the water which is every shade of blue and teal that you can imagine. Great place. Would definitely recommend and stay here again myself.

Right on the beach.

Just as advertised. Step out the door and down a short path and we were on the beach. Just wish the weather would have cooperated a little more. The gas grill needs to be replaced.

Beautiful studio overlooking the gulf!

Check in and out was seem less. Beautiful condo, very clean and great location. Parking was the only issue, plenty of room, but backing up on an very busy street was a little nerve racking. Most cars would stop and let you out, that was my biggest concern. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends or family.

Excellent location , beach is mere yards from the living room.

My husband and I were very pleased with Unit B. The unit was very clean, comfortable , kitchen has all the essentials. The view is out of the world spectacular! The deck has comfortable seating , the owners supply a gracious supply of beach chairs or various types. The real wow factor is proximity to your own private beach. Steps from the deck. Highly recommend Sticks in the Sand .
