Step into effortless coastal living at this gulf front townhome in the heart of Miramar Beach/ Old Destin. With unobstructed Gulf views, direct access to a private, deeded beach, and space for up to 8 guests, this home is ideal for families and groups looking to be right on the sand—without giving up comfort or convenience.

The master suite offers a king-size bed, panoramic ocean views, and a private balcony—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a beach-filled day. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin bed with trundle, and its own full bathroom, providing a comfortable setup for kids or additional guests. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a nearby half bath create a third private sleeping area.

Inside, the open-concept living space is bright and welcoming, featuring a 55” flat-screen TV, additional TVs throughout the home, and plenty of room to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home cooked meals, while a private washer and dryer, fresh linens, and towels add extra convenience during your stay.
Outdoor living is where this home truly shines. Enjoy two private balconies with seating and uninterrupted Gulf views, or head straight to the beach via the gated private staircase. An outdoor shower makes beach days easy, and with deeded beachfront access to the water, there's no need to search for the perfect spot—it's already yours.

Located just one block from The Whale's Tail and within walking distance to several favorite Destin restaurants, this home is also only 5 minutes from outlet shopping and 10 minutes from Destin Harbor. While there's no pool, the Gulf is just steps away.

Things to know:
-Parking is available for 2 standard vehicles. Vehicles must be parked single file-one behind the other.
-This is a strict non-smoking, no-pets property.

This townhome is part of a lockout-style property:

Marimar beach is absolutely beautiful. Location is great not too touristy/commercial Having a convenience store across the street was handy Didnt have to put on shoes to get to the beach your right there It was great being right on the sand

Great Family Getaway

Found this place for a last minute family beach trip. It was great, so nice to be near great restaurants, and grocery stores. Having to walk out to our own little area of beach was also nice. The owner was very responsive to all questions. Recommend this place or any of his other places. Hope to visit again

Great place to stay

Great condo to rent, James was great to work with. Easy to locate and check in, great location only a few steps down stairs to the beach. Kitchen was great recently updated. Only negatives and really not a big deal was concrete stairs not ideal for 3 year old and the cable tv selection wasn’t great - again no big deals just items to note. Recommend this place for sure

Thanks for staying, Actually wood steps painted with slip resistant paint. We have basic cable and offer streaming options in this unit on the main TV. I feel most people have cut the cord. Look forward to seeing you again at Sticks In the Sand

Great place on the beach!

My family had a great time at this location which is on the beach. Beach is private and not crowded. Home is clean, upgraded and well maintained for a family or couples to enjoy the stay. Area is great with all entertainment locations and restaurants near by. Only thing we feel should be there was basic amenities like dish washer liquid, hand soaps and may be shower gels or so. We will definitely try to visit this location again!

Awesome experience overall

What a perfect beachfront condo! You can hear the ocean from the master bedroom.. Everything was clean. Had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again. The owner even let me add a night at the last minute. Very pleased overall.

Last Minute Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was clean, easy to find, excellent beach location, and overall exactly what we were looking for!! The only complaint I have was that they only allowed us 1 of the 3 parking spots and we had to park our other large SUV in public parking on the street. Other than that, it was all great! Highly recommend!!

Thanks for staying and the review. Yes, as explained in our check in information and website our parking only allows 1 space that will hold 2 STANDARD cars stacked back to front. There is additional public parking across the street. The other spaces are allocated to cleaning, maint and unit B. Thanks again and we look forward to your next stay.
