Nice property and clean. Ample towels in both houses. Beds for 8, but a queen air mattress is available. Small cottage has AC and was wonderful. Main house is older but well maintained. The screens need to be updated, however. Be advised there is no AC in the main house so it was pretty warm in there especially if you're cooking. We opted to do most of the cooking in the smaller cottage and eat in the main house which meant a bit of carrying things up and down the stairs between houses. The neighborhood is quiet and a very short 4-5 block walk to the beach and nearby shops. The long driveway can accommodate 3 cars which was great because street parking can be hard to find and the streets are narrow. The host answered all my messages straight away which I really appreciated.
