This fun and vibrant home is well located and very walkable! In 10min or less, you can explore downtown Myrtle, grocery shop, & enjoy the local parks/hiking trails. This listing offers private parking, washer/dryer, & versitle outdoor space. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living on the deck, which has a zenlike feel and makes for a great place to relax or focus. There is also a multipurpose turfed space that can be used as a workout area, dining, or outdoor workspace. Other Amenties: BBQ; Firepit; Games.
There is a grace period of 15 minutes past the 10am check out time. After that, guests will be charged $150.
Additionally, since pets are allowed on the property, there is a $120 non-refundable pet fee applied at the time of booking. This covers special and additional cleaning that is required after checkout.
