This north Monrovia bungalow is located just below the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains and is convenient to the City Of Hope, Metro Train, Pasadena, and Downtown Los Angeles. The bungalow style duplex is very private and each unit has its own private backyard.The space is well designed and fully stocked with all of the essential items for a comfortable stay with its own washer & dryer. This is a quiet space that is perfect for couples, remote workers, or those looking for a quiet place to relax.
