This quintessential Monrovia bungalow is full of charm! The property is equipped with the top requested guest amenities such as private parking, washer/dryer, & quality bed/pillows. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable! We encourage our guests to take advantage of the local amenities such as hiking/biking trails, parks/recreation, & the cute downtown Monrovia (8minwalk). The property is close to the City Of Hope(8min), Pasadena/RoseBowl (12min), & Downtown L.A(25min).

PARKING

Free Parking On Premises:
There is one private parking spot reserved for you and available throughout your stay. The parking spot is in the driveway just left of the front door.
*Guests are required to park within the marked parking spot designated with black lines.

Free street parking:
No Parking Wednesdays 8am-12pm on the westside (Same side as the property)
No Parking Tuesdays 8am-12pm on the eastside (the side opposite/across from the property)
General- Only booked guests are allowed on the property (Unless approved by the host)
General- Please do not move furniture and/or rearrange items around the house. This will create difficulties for our cleaning staff.
General- Please turn off all lights and a/c when you leave the property.
There is a $125 mandatory pet fee for those who bring a pet with them.
Pets - All pets must be under guest supervision at all times.
Pets - Guests are responsible for any damage from their pets.
No pets are allowed on furniture.
Plumbing-Only toilet paper is allowed to be flushed in the toilet.
Plumbing- No grease, oil, or coffee grounds are allowed in the drains.
Trash- Please segregate your waste in the proper bins. A $25 cleanup fee will be charged for breaking this rule.
