Weird smell...

Pro- The spot had a great location that was a short walk to some nice pubs and places to eat. Con- Checking in was annoying. Owner was hard to reach and not responsive. Took 45 minutes of waiting before a reply. The key was hidden and she was super paranoid about someone else heading over the phone where that was. There was a sharp chemical odor that really bothered me. Had to have the windows open not to smell it. Made my nose run and I was coughing. I won't stay here again.

Just a little more effort needed.

First some of the things that were disappointing to me: -Property has at least 2 other short/long term rental units. -Water is coming in under doorway causing a foul odor due to the water soaking into the laminate flooring in entry area. - Water pressure in kitchen and bathroom sink area very poor. -Bathroom had a strong unsavory odor. -Host required a voice call prior to arrival/sent messages outside of the Verbo app/plat from. -Sent too many messages about the lights and heater... I sent a message that I had left and that was the first message back... odd. Positives: -Fast internet -Good location -Surprisingly comfortable bed.

Beware

The property description is not accurate to the accommodation. The accommodation is a converted garage with evident water and mold issues. The sheets and throw pillows were soiled, door curtain was hung with packaging tape and shower was not in the bathroom, but a few feet from the bed with a VERY soiled shower curtain. It was listed as non-smoking, but the smell of smoke was evident as well as cigarette burn marks on the nightstand. We did not stay at the accommodation due to health concerns.

Clean in a great area

Condo was clean but the balcony faced traffic which was not expected since pics look like it faces the water. Otherwise good location with easy access to the beach. Rental manager was nice and accommodating.
