As a guest, you will have access to the entire apartment and all of the building’s amenities. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout making this the perfect place for traveling professionals.

Check-in instructions will be sent on the day of arrival.

Since the check-in process is contactless. We ask that you verify your identity by sending a copy of your government-issued ID or passport before we provide access to the unit. (All information provided will be kept SECURE and PRIVATE).

- The pet fee is per pet/ per stay.
- Certain dog breeds are prohibited by the building. Please inform us of your dog's breed and inquire about pet fees prior to booking.

Lots of natural light and full-length mirrors in the living room and bedroom. We have a blackout curtain.

The pool opens on Memorial Day in summer and closes around Labor Day.

2 pool passes (wristbands) are provided. A lost pool pass will result in a $200/each fee by the building community.

-Garage parking is $20/day in the building
-Garage parking fee for monthly stays is $300/month

- Please keep the key fob with you at all times. A lost key fob will result in a 500/each
- Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes is absolutely prohibited and a $1000 penalty fee will be automatically charged if caught smoking of any kind!
- Please note that ONLY guests on the reservation are allowed to be in the apartment.
