The place was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, cute, the kitchenette was nicely renovated, the outdoor seating could have been more comfortable but it was great for happy hour, the beach supplies were awesome, and the bed was very comfortable. A couple of quick updates would make the place even better: the bar stools around the table were very uncomfortable and the shower faucet needs to be repaired/updated. Other than that, the place was once again great, Olivia was very responsive and easy to work with. And let’s not forget that the location was awesome, minutes from the beautiful Nokomis beach, Venice, and multiple waterfront bars and restaurants!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! I’m so glad the space was a great fit for your stay and that you enjoyed the cleanliness, beach supplies, and comfortable bed, that’s exactly what we aim for. I really appreciate your feedback as well. The notes about the bar stools and shower faucet are super helpful, and I’ll definitely be looking into making those updates to improve the experience even more. I’m happy to hear you were able to enjoy the location too, being so close to Nokomis Beach and all the great nearby spots really does make it special. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’d love to have you back anytime!

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a rating. We were disappointed to see a 6/10 without any comments, as we genuinely value guest feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. We would have appreciated the opportunity to know what happened during your stay that led to a rating lower than 10/10. We encourage all of our guests to reach out during their stay if they have any questions or experience any issues, as we're committed to resolving concerns promptly whenever possible. We appreciate your visit and wish you all the best in your future travels.
