Rangers Resort by BeachBox is a spacious 5-bedroom house located only a minute`s drive from the shore. Less travel time, more sun-bathing, wave-splashing time. Back in your private backyard oasis, cool off in the in-ground pool, or gather under the deck for a picnic lunch. Then enjoy evenings on the deck upstairs, sharing stories and watching the sunset.

● Location: Indian Beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: The community beach access point is less than a minute drive away.

● Private Pool: This home features a large, in-ground private pool that is 6ft deep, chlorine based and not heated.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren`t left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.

Step inside the main floor and be greeted by the warmth of an open-concept living area. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with seating, perfect for mornings spent planning beach adventures or evenings filled with laughter and shared meals. The adjoining dining area offers a comfortable space to gather together, while the spacious living room invites relaxation with a cozy couch and big-screen TV – ideal for movie nights.

This level also features four bedrooms. One room boasts a luxurious king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, another offers a restful night`s sleep with a queen bed, and the third provides cozy comfort with another queen-sized bed. A fourth bedroom boasts a twin over twin bunk bed for the kids.
Need extra space for the whole crew? Head downstairs to the studio bedroom overlooking the patio and pool. Here, you`ll find two bunk beds that are full over queen. This space is perfect for additional guests or a fun sleepover retreat for the younger crowd. (Please note: Downstairs cooking appliances are not for guest use.)

But the fun doesn`t stop there! Unwind on the upstairs deck, or soak up the sun on the expansive cement patio surrounding the sparkling in-ground pool downstairs. Take a refreshing dip or relax on the outdoor furniture poolside. Rangers Resort will become your new favorite vacation spot.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 15 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
