The space
~~~~The Beach~~~~
The beach access is just a 6-minute walk or a short drive away from the house. It is located along Indian Beach Dr. across the main road. Parking is available in designated areas along the neighborhood road by the beach access path.

~~~~Exterior Space~~~~
Aqua Beach Haven sits on a half-acre plot with a portion fenced in for privacy. It is elevated on stilts with the main living area and patio deck accessible by stairs only. The large covered area under this home provides a comfortable space for your family to hang out and play when you are not at the beach.
Exterior space amenities include:
- Dining tables (upper and lower level)
- Relaxing full-sized hammock
- Swing chair
- Outdoor shower
- BBQ Grill
- Driveway with enough parking for 4 cars (Parking in the fenced area is not allowed)

Remember to bring insect repellant, as mosquitoes can be bad on less windy days.


~~~~Interior Common Area~~~~
The living room, kitchen, and dining area share a large common space in this open-concept house with beautiful aqua accents. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, and utensils for your family to use. The dining area and counter stools provide adequate seating for everyone at mealtime. Living room amenities include:
- 65" Roku TV (with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ subscriptions)
- Bose Soundbar for TV/Music and Smart Speaker (with Youtube Music subscription)
- Keurig Combination K-Cup/ Carafe Coffee Machine
- Hot water kettle
- 4-slice toaster

~~~~Bedrooms~~~~
Each bedroom has an ocean life theme (Crab, Shark, Octopus, and Seahorse). Bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses with fresh white linens and colorful accent pillows. There is a Roku internet-connected smart TV in every room with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ subscriptions included for your entertainment.

The Crab Room has a king-sized bed and is attached to bathroom 1. Bathroom 1 features a luxurious freestanding soaking tub with bubble bath soap and a teak wood caddy. The adjacent closet hosts a small library of books for your reading pleasure and a selection of board games for the family to ensure during your stay with us.

The Octopus Room has a king-sized bed and is adjacent to the shared bathroom 2.

The Seahorse Room has a queen-sized bed and a private balcony with a cozy seating area, facing the back of the house and looking towards the Bay. This room is also adjacent to bathroom 2.

The Shark room has two bunk beds with four full-sized mattresses large enough to sleep, children or adults.

Our bathrooms are kept clean and stocked with fresh towels.

~~~~Other Spaces~~~~
The laundry room has a Washer, Dryer, Iron, and Ironing Board. We also store a Vacuum cleaner in this area.
Guest access
The entire house is available to all guests to enjoy, except the owner’s closet, at the back of the laundry room, and the garage. These 2 areas are reserved as private spaces with restricted access.

PLEASE NOTE: Community amenities such as the tennis courts, pool, and fishing pier are for residents only and ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS.
Other things to note
~~~~Beach Rentals~~~~
You can rent beach accessories and a golf cart from Rick's beach rentals. They are just a few minutes away and will deliver and pick up right at the house!

Additional rules
We want you to enjoy your stay at our house. Please be sure to review, understand and agree to these rules before booking.

- No smoking, vaping or under-age drinking of any kind is allowed on the property

- To maintain the peace of the neighborhood please observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 6 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

- THE RESPONSIBLE GUEST IN A GROUP MUST BE 25 AND OVER TO RESERVE THE PROPERTY AND MUST STAY AT THE PROPERTY. EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE FOR CORPORATE ACCOUNTS AND BOOKINGS

- Outside day guests are allowed to visit ONLY after prior approval of the host.

- Bookings over 28 days are required to sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of an approved booking.

Note that there will be a fine of $350 for any violations. Please reach out if you have any questions prior to booking.
