Newly renovated garden level apartment wonderfully located in the Historic district of downtown Savannah just two blocks from Forsyth Park and one block from Kroger. Many shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. Enjoy countless applications loaded on each TV for you to stream with unlimited wifi. Have a bigger party than what this location can sleep? Just ask about renting the upstairs apartment as well!

We are always available, but minimal interaction unless requested. If you need anything, just shoot a message on the app or a text and someone will get back to you right away.

Close to Forsyth Park, Kroger, coffee/breakfast shops, restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Everything is new! Renovated from the floors up. The space includes a living room, eating area, kitchen, bedroom, and bath.

Within walking distance to most of Downtown Savannah. Short Uber rides or public transit within walking distance as well.

There are two designated parking spots at the rear of the home that are marked 608 in the parking lot. There is also additional free parking directly in front of the house on the street. The street is pretty quiet and there are almost always additional spots directly out front. There is a covered back patio for outside entertainment.
