良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
The location of the house was perfect for our visit. It’s easy to get to most places and is within walking distance of restaurants and the cross city trail. We enjoyed the combination pool/ping pong table. The kitchen had most things needed to cook a simple meal but there were no coffee cups. The dishwasher hadn’t been emptied when we checked in and a few of the cups in the cabinet had to be washed before being used. Some of the amenities listed as being available were not. There was only one roll of toilet paper, no shampoo or hairdryer. The things listed really should be provided or removed from the list so renters know to bring them.There were no blinds or blackout curtains in the bedroom. The streetlight shines directly in the window and there is no way to dim the light for sleeping. The sliding glass door in the back of the house doesn’t slide, it has to be lifted to move it. We didn’t realize this and had difficulty getting it shut and locked again. It should be fixed. We would consider staying there again if the above items are improved.
