Local 7 day/365 Welcome Center with guest services staff available 24 hrs. Windsor Hills is a gated, exclusive resort.

✅If you have visiting guest that you would like to have come visit, please email homeowner ASAP. If visiting guests meet criteria of what is allowed, they will be granted front gate access for allowed day. Guest will not be able to enter into Windsor Hills without being granted access by owner.

Clubhouse facilities are free to use for guests residing at the property. Wristbands should be collected at the clubhouse to use the facilities, maximum 8 wristbands are allowed for each reservation.

🚘Getting Around: Taxi, Uber(etc.) NO shuttle is available Parking: No more than 3 cars are allowed at the villa. If you are bringing in RV or other large vehicles, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.

Linen, Bath/Pool towels provided at no extra charge during your stay (limited number of washcloths are provided per stay due to sanitary purposes, please consider bringing your own)

This property requires a $500.00 refundable Security deposit. It will be collected separately 3 days before check-in and refunded within 7 days after check-out unless contacted.

There are outdoor security cameras at the property.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS allowed at any time.

NO PETS allowed. If an animal is brough into the home without the owner knowing the security deposit will be kept with an additional $500.00 fee added. (service dogs welcome with advanced notice, signed agreement and requested documentation.)
