- While the building no longer operates as a motel and does not include daily cleaning, we respond quickly to any questions you may have.

Minimum booking age: 21 years old
Pre-check-in form: Required to be filled out within 24 hours of confirming your reservation
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Registered guests only: No unauthorized visitors are permitted
No smoking inside the apartment: $750 fine
No pets: $250 fine
Security cameras: Exterior security cameras that actively record the courtyard, hallway, laundry area (located at the back of the building), and parking area. These cameras monitor common and exterior areas only.
Starter supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and other essentials at the beginning of your stay. Once these are used, guests may purchase additional supplies locally or use the on-site washer and dryer for laundry.
