The property itself was great and in a convenient location. However, there are fees for each guest as well as each car that are not stated. Initially I was unable to get in contact with the host and wasn’t able to get into to the property for a significant time, causing some of the food we had packed to spoil.

We had to go buy toilet paper and fortunately one of us came later than the rest and could bring extra pillows from home since there were none for the pullout beds. The pullout out bed was so bad that the kids opted to sleep on the air mattress. The bed in the bedroom killed my back. It was very hard. It was clean and a good price, but the comfort factor is severely lacking.

Hot water heater had to be reset nightly as the breaker would flip. Air conditioner quit working, but repairman did fix it the next morning overall we had a nice stay and got pretty much what we expected, except for the hot water and air conditioner problems.

Communication was not good. That would have made things alot better. Room was great. Location for what we needed was great. We just did bot have good communication. After we left on the day of check out ,we received a notice on what to do with the trash and told we would be charged if we left the trash. We had no idea where to take the trash when we left. No instruction on how to leave the property as far as sheets, and towels Etc. It was way late though

When we first arrived, the check-in process was very confusing because we did not have the codes to get in. However, once we got into the condo, it was very clean and neat. There were also some extra hidden fees for the complex. Overall, the stay was very nice, the location was good, and we had a great time.

Perfect spot for a small group of people! Wouldn’t do more than three! Shower, washer, and dryer are all in good condition.
