The Space:

Lovingly known as 'Ocean Minded', Waters Edge 218 is a large beachfront condo that has a unique feel to it that you will fall in love with the moment you step into it. The oversized balcony will call to you and allow you to relax your day away when you are not enjoying your time at the sandy white beaches below. Able to accommodate 12, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway. There are bunk beds in the hall for extra sleeping accommodations, which leads into a very spacious bedroom that holds a set of twin bunk beds and a queen bed to comfortably accommodate every family's needs. Further down the hall, you will pass another gorgeous bedroom with a king bed. The primary suite has a private entrance to the balcony and a gorgeous view of the gulf. This is the perfect getaway for any size family to enjoy. This lovely piece of Heaven has everything your family will need to relax the days away.



This spacious condo has lots of seating in the living room and dining room to accommodate your group and the extra square footage means you and your guests will have room to spread out.

Water's Edge is a wonderful beachfront complex with two large pools (one is heated in the winter), a large pool deck for relaxing, and a workout room. The multi-level parking makes parking much easier. Enjoy the sugar-white sand with complimentary beach service and then enjoy a cookout at the condo barbecue grills.

Beach service includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. Beach service is coordinated via the onsite beach attendants.

Condo on the beach

This was a great stay for our family to meet up and stay together for the Fourth of July week. We had lots of room, a great view plus direct access to the beach. The pools are awesome as well.

Fun Beach Stay

Very close walk to the ocean. The condo was very clean. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us. The pool is nice. We never had any issues with the elevator. Overall great stay!

Very impressed! Will Definitely be back!

Brought my mom for her 50th birthday and was hit with Hurricane Ida. The beaches closed but we had an amazing stay simply because the room was SOOOO roomy and very clean and well stocked with everything!!!! Highly recommend it!!!!

Very nice and spacious, wonderful location!

Nice decoration, very spacious, nice view, super clean! Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, China, wine glasses and lots of clean towels. Great location, nice neighborhood with lots of good restaurants close by. Beautiful beach right out of the back door and two big pools, it’s a plus! Vacasa did a great job contacting us before and during our stay and making sure our stay was enjoyable, thank you Brenda! We will definitely be back again to 218 condo when visiting Destin!

It was wonderful!

Perfectly located in a family friendly area. Easy access to the beach. My only complaint would be the cleanliness...I wanted to clean the shower before I used it. Other than that it was a wonderful vacation for all of us!

Family Friendly

The condo was great! It has plenty of room for 11 people. The beach and the view were beautiful. The only downside is that the wifi wasn't working the entire stay, so we had some cranky kids in the evenings. All in all though, we'll definitely be back!

The listing and photos are spot-on for this wonderful beach rental! White sugar sand beaches, sparkling pool, comfortable and roomy condo overlooking both. Our group of 8 (five adults and three kids - 10, 13 and 14) had a blast. Guest services is very responsive. We hated that we had to leave!
