Our stay was absolutely exceptional! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless, incredibly quiet, and fully equipped with all the essentials. We couldn't have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

Our hosts were so pleasant. They greeted us and made us at home from the minute we arrived. Everything was clean and spotless. Access requires using a flight of stairs if you have any restrictions. The location was easy to get to important beaches, restaurants and sites between Lewes and Rehoboth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location, great hosts and a fantastic rental. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and showed us alternate ways around the traffic, offered some great recommendations, and were just really nice to talk to. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars! We’ll be back!!!

The hospitality was unmatched! I cannot say enough good things. From the snacks to the secret driving directions to all of the small but thoughtful tokens throughout the property. I will definitely be back!

What a wonderful property and wonderful hosts! This is perfect for a staycation. The host greeted us upon arrival, and Brian assisted us by taking our luggage down and walking us through the access process. The property was immaculate and featured virtually all new appliances. The refrigerator even had a half gallon of milk, peanut butter and loads of ice. The snack basket was filled with cookies and chips and other goodies. And even better surprise was the home baked chocolate chip cookies made by Jody. Our seven nights stay could not have been better. A comfortable bed and pillows, strong shower, and a nearby pool. Giant supermarket was within walking distance. Make sure you ask Brian about the corn guy. It will be the best corn you have ever tasted and one of Brian‘s best recommendations.My wife was extremely pleased and happy and it’s the same goes. Happy wife happy life.

Super friendly and helpful hosts! Location was great – close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Really easy to check in and place was super renovated, well stocked, and super clean. Will 100% be staying there again

This was truly one of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever experienced. The layout featured a bedroom suite and a separate living room/kitchen area, and the home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed, with like-new furnishings, wonderful attention to detail, and every amenity you could possibly need. The fully stocked kitchen—even including a Vitamix and crockpot—made it feel like a true home away from home, and the generous snacks were an unexpected and much-appreciated touch.We especially loved the private patio overlooking the woods. It was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring. The bedroom was exceptionally comfortable with wonderful linens, and the spacious shower with fantastic water pressure was a luxury we appreciated every day.The location was ideal—nestled in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to restaurants, shopping, and area attractions, yet wonderfully peaceful. Having the pool just across the street was an added bonus.Most of all, the hosts were exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind while also being respectful of our privacy.

Living at the beach is a dream come true,The soothing sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun, and the gentle breeze makes everyday seem like vacation! We love to entertain and host friends and family to our home. Having an extra suite we are blessed to be able to host other families who are on vacation to enjoy our home and beach!

My Uncles best friend lived in this neighborhood. So we have know for years we would love to live here! East side roads that allow us to miss the crazy seasonal traffic, tax free shopping at the outlets is amazing!

My husband wanted to move to the wilderness. I wanted the beach! Finding this home allows us to have both! Woods in our backyard with the beach being super close...we couldn't have found a better location!
