The unit was clean when we showed up and is on the second floor. It is on a golf course so you're literally minutes away from playing 18. The unit is within walking distance to a nice pool, hot tub and tennis Court. We were able to drive to the beach within 15 minutes and enjoy the surf as well. The enclosed deck was awesome and we weren't dealing with bugs. Having coffee and watching the pond with a gator was pretty fun. Overall very pleased with this unit and location.

AC unit is very loud. Refrigerator and dishwasher also very loud. The carpets in the two secondary bedrooms looked like they had been not been vacuumed. The lock on the door clicks over and over until it electronically locks. We found a half eaten bag of pork rinds underneath one of the beds. It was also lacking kitchen utensils, pots pans bowls for serving as well as no blender. Price was great however, and we did have a good time in spite of these things.

Great place to stay, location very great not to far from any were you want to go, Beach or food etc. Clean house, host communication quick to respond, easy to check into, will definitely rent from again!!
