Be aware that you cannot access the property from the parking area. You have to walk along a narrow, dark path to the front of the house to go in the front door. The interior is nice. It was basically clean, but there was leftover water and a used pod in the Keurig, and candy wrappers on the floor of one bedroom. The trash bag was not even in the trash can, just draped over it. At least one lamp was missing a bulb, the faucets in both the half bath and the kitchen are not properly secured and move when you touch them. The host is very cooperative with early check-in and late check-out, but at a premium price. The beds are great if you prefer a soft mattress. I personally prefer a firm one so that was not great for me, but the two kids said theirs were fine. After paying the premium for the early check-in, the host waited until after the agreed time to send the information. She said she sent it 2 minutes before, but really, let's be picky after charging over 10% extra for two hours early when your check-in time is already later than most. Overall, it was a very OK property for a somewhat OK price with a lot of extra requests at checkout that most hosts do not require. I probably would not stay here again unless improvements were made or the price was reduced.
