Cozy 2-bedroom house in perfect Punta Gorda with AC

This Punta Gorda house boasts 2 inviting bedrooms, featuring a king bed and a queen bed. Guests can unwind in 2 nice bathrooms, one of which includes a jetted bathtub for a relaxing soak.
Our house is completely stocked for everything you need to come and relax. There is a park just minutes up the road called Harbor Heights Park.
Where there is a public boat ramp and kayak launches. We do have a space to tie your boat, jet skis or kayaks to. If you do have a boat we ask to discuss in further details upon requesting a booking.
We would love to share our home to people who will take care of it like we do. We have an desk in the second bedroom to work from while still enjoying a beautiful view of the canal and peace river.
We are a 10 minute drive from Punta Gorda airport and about a 10 minute drive to many wonderful restaurants either downtown Punta Gorda or Port Charlotte. Only a 30 minute drive to beaches such as Nokomis, Manasota Beach or Siesta key. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella. and beach/pool towels to use as well.
