Tucked on 125 private acres, the Hollows is a modern rustic, fully renovated Kentucky escape. Wake to misty hills, sip coffee on the porch, sway in the hammock, and stargaze by the fire pit. Wander rolling fields, spot deer at dusk, or venture to the Bourbon Trail, Ark Encounter, and charming Frankfort. Comfort meets countryside magic here—where sunsets linger, stars shine brighter, and leaving is the hardest part. Fully equipped kitchen, plush beds, self-check-in, and firewood provided. Near Buffalo trace, the ark encounter, west sixth, and just under an hour to (Covington/Cincinnati)CVG, (Lexington)LEX, and (Louisville)SDF.

Property exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect, the house was very clean, the hostess was an excellent communicator, and the view around the property was spectacular! We had 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of room!

We had the most wonderful stay at this quaint property, especially enjoying the breathtaking view from the fire pit area - you must find a moment to relax and unwind while enjoying the sunset! We fell in love with the area because the space allows you to slow down and appreciate the beauty surrounding you. Thank you to our kind hosts for the tumblers, which were so perfect for the evenings we spent outside by the fire. We can't wait to go back!

The house was exactly as described If not better, beautiful and peaceful. We would 100% stay again if we are going back to the area. Sitting beside the fire pit watching the sunset and visiting with the “farm dog” made great family memories! The host was super responsive and informative about everything, again can not say anything but we had an excellent experience.
