A multi-level beach condo steps from the sand in Marina del Rey. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across 4 levels, with a rooftop deck overlooking the neighborhood. The main level features an open kitchen and dining area, while the upper living room opens to a balcony where you can catch the ocean breeze. The ground floor flex space works as a guest room, home office, or gym with a Peloton. Four blocks from Washington Blvd dining and nightlife, but tucked on a quiet street. One parking spot included.
This multi-level condo sits on a quiet residential street in Marina del Rey, a two-minute walk from the sand and four blocks back from the activity on Washington Blvd.
The entry level holds the kitchen, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped for everyday cooking.
Up a half flight, the living room opens up with a fireplace (non-functional), Frame TV, and L-shaped sectional. A balcony off this level lets you open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. A window AC unit keeps the home comfortable during the warmer months.
Another half flight up is the primary bedroom with a king bed, an attached bathroom, and closet. The room is modest in size but well suited for beach living.
At the top of the home is a private rooftop deck furnished with a couch and coffee table. A passionfruit tree doubles as a privacy screen, and plants throughout make this a comfortable space to enjoy the fresh air.
Back down past the kitchen, the ground floor holds a second bedroom with a full bed, a Peloton, and a work desk. A new washer and dryer are in this space, along with a full bathroom and shower. This level works well as a guest room, home gym, or remote office.
One covered parking spot is included. The Venice Canals, Abbot Kinney, and the beach are all within easy reach on foot or by bike.
Guests will have access to the entire condo. There will be no one else on the property unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

This home is located on a quiet residential block in the Marina Peninsula, just two minutes on foot from the beach. Washington Blvd is four blocks north, with a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. The Venice Canals are a short walk away, and Abbot Kinney is easily reachable by foot or bike. The neighborhood is walkable and calm, with easy access to the sand without the crowds of the main Venice boardwalk.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.
That said, this neighborhood is one of the more walkable and bikeable areas in LA. The beach, restaurants, and local shops are all within a short walk. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.
This property is located approximately 6.5 miles miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and 9.5 miles miles from SoFi Stadium.
The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and cannot be used.
Mailbox access is not available for guests.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
