Lovely front lobby service. We were moved to a new room as the one we booked had a strong smell. The new room was a little dirty in places but the hotel customer service was quick to suggest a room cleaning service. I found the price to be a bit high. But it is Vancouver and in a perfect location for walking places

Great place to stay, and nice amenities. Location is perfect for a city weekend. We stayed during the world up soccer, so the price was a little higher. But very reasonable for that weekend.Would highly recommend this property.Jaime
