Welcome to The Retro Retreat, a stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bath flat perfect for up to 4 guests. Inspired by the vibrant charm of the 1980s, this playful and colorful space blends nostalgic décor with modern comforts. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, inviting living area, and easy access to local shops, dining, and entertainment. The Retro Retreat is your perfect home base for a fun and memorable getaway.

House Policies & Important Information
Pet Policy: Dog-friendly only. $150 non-refundable fee added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations incur a $300 fee.
No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. $250 violation fee applies.
Lost Items: $25 handling fee + shipping for item returns.
Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures subject to a $50 fee.
Starter Essentials: Complimentary starter pack of toiletries and paper goods provided (guests staying longer should plan to restock).

Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, an additional $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, an additional $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
