Enjoy the best of South Beach in this bright, renovated condo located directly on iconic Lincoln Road. The unit features a private balcony, central A/C, Smart TV. cable, Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi, and assigned parking.The spacious bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, dresser, closet. There is a shared washer/dryer conveniently located on the same floor. Steps from shops, restaurants, cafés, and a short walk to the beach — truly one of the best locations in Miami Beach.
PLEASE NOTE: This is my personal home so a few personal items will remain in the condo.
IMPORTANT: The City is currently completing construction work outside the building, and the building’s pool and one of the two elevators are being renovated. The price has been adjusted to reflect this temporary inconvenience. The pool renovation is expected to be completed soon.
If you’re looking for an unbeatable location at a great value and don’t mind some daytime construction activity, this is a wonderful opportunity.
