Enjoy a newly renovated stylish experience at this centrally located villa! We are located just a few meters from amazing white sand beach of Santa Teresa. If you're looking for a chill and laid-back getaway in the heart of Santa Teresa, this is the place to be. We are located only 50 meters from a grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. Enjoy a plunge in the private pool after a day at the beach and walk to a fabulous dinner just down the road!

The space
Stay in the heart of town while enjoying a rare sense of peace and privacy. It is uncommon to find a home this central yet this quiet. Tucked at the end of a dead end road, it feels like a true hidden gem. Thoughtfully curated with a superb art collection and custom made furnishings, the home has been meticulously renovated over the past year, resulting in a stunning Bali inspired environment.

The open concept kitchen and living room flow effortlessly onto a spacious wraparound patio designed for true indoor outdoor living. Enjoy long dinners at the large outdoor dining table, fire up the BBQ for sunset grilling, or relax by the beautiful pool and lounge area. It is your own private oasis just steps from town.

Both the kitchen and living room feature air conditioning for cool comfort. The home includes two serene bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The primary suite offers a king size bed, TV, air conditioning, and a spa style bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a bathtub. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, air conditioning, and its own en suite bath.

Because the owners have spent the past year lovingly and meticulously renovating every detail, there are not many reviews yet. The result is exceptional. Stylish, serene, and incredibly convenient, this home offers a rare retreat right in the center of town.

Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire home. There will be keys waiting for the guests at check-in. The home is private and exclusively for guest use. The studio located to the right of the house is not available for guests. Also the refrigerator in the back laundry room is not available
