The Space:

Create unforgettable vacation memories in Florida's beautiful Santa Rosa Beach! This dog- and family-friendly home features a private pool, fenced back yard, a multi-tiered deck, and a location just across the road from the sparkling sand. Grab some coffee and start the day with a sunrise view of the Gulf from the upper deck, then step inside to the full kitchen to make some breakfast. Eat together at the dining room table or step outside to dine alfresco on the lower deck.



Spend the afternoon by the pool and fire up the grill for a family barbecue at night, then relax in the central AC with a little TV in the living room. More modern essentials include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi.



Other Things to Note:

To book this home, the primary guest must be 25 or older.



Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $50 per day (Only from October through April). Please request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival to allow adequate time for the pool to reach the desired temperature.



Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.

Perfect for our family of four plus pups. While the beach was just across the street, the pool was a quiet oasis to lounge around. Ideal accommodations for dinners at home.

The whole house was clean while entering upon arrival. Communication from the host was always on time and our questions or concerns never disregarded. The location of the home was perfect, a walk right across the street to Santa Rosa Beach. White sands and clear waters. Everyone slept comfortably in their own rooms. The pool was great for those non-beach days. The low deck and high deck were nice to hang out and drink coffee. Kitchen had all essentials to cook for the family. Restrooms were stocked with all essentials. Outside grill was great to cook on. Overall stay was great! I would definitely come again.

We had a great time and LOVED the location of this house. The beach access is right across the street and down a tiny bit. We loved the private pool and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Only thing we didn’t love—the sheets barely fit the beds and the towels were incredibly rough! Other than that, we had a blast and would love to come back!! Highly recommend!
