The Space:

In one of the newest condominium complexes on Hwy. 30A, this two-bedroom Gulf Place condo overlooks Town Center and offers both a walkable location and plenty of quiet and privacy. As part of a planned beachside community, you can easily park your car for your entire stay and walk to the many boutiques and restaurants nearby, or explore even further afield, with bike rentals nearby as well. If you’ve got a more relaxed stay in mind, the beautiful beach is just across the street, and you’ll enjoy three private and one public beach access points, all within 0.1 to 0.3 mile. Onsite amenities include three pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts.



Start each vacation day sipping coffee on your private balcony, then head inside to the well-appointed kitchen to make breakfast. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, storage, and a convenient pantry. Gather together at the high-top table for six that also doubles as a kitchen island when it’s time to eat.



Spend the day exploring 30A, relaxing on the beach, or working on your tan at one of the pools, and then return to relax in the central AC. Tuck the kids into the fun bunk room and then settle onto the couch to watch some TV or post the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi. All you need for a magical stay at this charming condo is your swimsuit and groceries – let the sea set you free!

Convenient and Relaxing

The private beach access within walking distance definitely made our stay more enjoyable. The neighborhood is nice, relaxing, and less crowded than other beaches in 30A.

Amazing getaway

The unit was clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. The beds were so comfortable also! It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but don’t let that keep you from booking this amazing condo. My family will most definitely be back!

Girls trip to the beach and had an amazing time. Very clean property with great beach access. Condo was a bit lacking with cooking supplies but other than that, it was perfect.

This was a great condo with everything newly updated. The only thing I would recommend is to provide pool/ beach towels. Most people who are flying in don’t bring those items. I did leave five of them for you to start a collection. But overall a great location.

Amazing location and overall condo.

Condo was beautifully decorated. Had all our needs for spending a long weekend there. Love the location and was easy to get around. Overall loved the condo and ease of booking and all it had. Would definitely book again at this location! Recommendations:Could not get master bedroom remote to work. Possible dead batteries. Extra blankets for cooler nights Text message with check in information did not have unit number on it Bedrooms blackout curtains

It was ok. The place was nicely updated but there were a few items that could use some improvement. The secondary shower/tub’s drain was clogged which caused the water to rise well above the ankles, up over the bottom of the shower curtain which was full of mildew and mold (which means the drain has been clogged for a while). Both bedroom rugs were disgustingly dirty and flipped up on the edges. The rug on the balcony was also flipped up on the edges causing movement to be difficult (couldn’t even open master bedroom balcony door). The refrigerator filter needed replaced because the light was red. The walk to the beach was a little farther than thought after reading reviews online. The pools looked very underwhelming at best. There was hair in some of the drawers in the master bathroom and in the shower. The toilets were not cleaned (there was dried urine on the lid) and had to use Lysol wipes to clean. So with all that being said, it wasn’t worth the money we paid for only 4 nights.
