The host was a rental company and it was a new place for them. So things will probably change, but I had to reach out for the heat to be fixed because it wasn’t working in January. They also didn’t seem to know the ins and outs of the HOA pool codes, but eventually I go those. It was a nice place just had some hiccups.

I'm glad we were able to get an HVAC company out so quickly to get everything going again. We’re glad you enjoyed the home overall and hope you’ll come back again!

My husband & I enjoyed this property! It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was plenty of space. We appreciated having hangers to hang our clothes. Loved the little benches/hooks in the hallway. Location is perfect for the beach and restaurants! Only suggestion would be to supply hand soap to wash hands in bathroom. I just assumed there would be some and we didn’t get any on the way there. Also, I didn’t see a hair dryer, but I brought my own and it wasn’t an issue. The condo is decorated cute, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes/pans/utensils for dinners at home. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Best location in Santa Rosa beach.. .Excellent location to walk to multiple restaurants and bars. The condo felt recently refreshed, with new appliances and new fixtures. Across the street from the beach with an Alvin's beach shop just downstairs from the condo. Coffee shops and donut shop all less than a two minute walk. Never need to drive or go more than 15mins for anything. We are planning our next visit.
