The Space:

Find your way to paradise at this serene second-story condo with a furnished balcony, bay view, on-site pool. This gated property is located in the hub of Pensacola Beach with the Intracoastal to the east, the Gulf of Mexico to the south, and Little Sabine Bay to the west. You'll find all of Pensacola Beach's charm within walking distance. Venture out a bit farther to discover several other local attractions including the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, Saenger Theatre Pensacola, and Goofy Golf of Pensacola, all within 12 miles of your door.



This vibrant, single-level retreat features a well-equipped, full kitchen with an array of stainless steel appliances to make meal prep a breeze. Dine together at the adjacent table - perfect for playing some of the provided board games - and then settle into the living area to stream all your favorite channels into the evening using your own accounts. If you're visiting in July, this property offers a phenomenal vantage point for watching the Blue Angels Air Show!



This condo also comes with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip and keep those beach towels and swimsuits bright and clean.

Overall nice place. Smelled of smoke when we first arrived, but that was an easy fix. Very walkable location. Beautiful views.

Could use a little updating

Great location, love having the corner condo, but the floors were so dirty. Vacasa sent a questionnaire about the cleanliness and I sent over pictures of my son’s black feet. I was very impressed with how quickly they got the cleaners over the next day. Vacasa was also very communicative and kind. The unit could use some updating, as the couch has seen some better days. A lot of the tiles throughout are loose and toilet in the master has come loose at the base. It was ok for a quick 2 night stay but definitely not for a longer getaway.

Property was great minus the couch is pretty much due for replacement. It’s not dirty or torn just very sat in if that makes sense. Other than that and gym access that we couldn’t find we were very pleased. The condo unit and grounds were very well maintained. The pool was very nice and clean. Bathrooms near the pool were VERY clean 24/7. Communication was great. They answered our questions immediately. We will be back.

Bring a blanket!

Amazing location, perfect amount of space for 6 adults. There weren’t any spare blankets or anything for the pull out couch which we weren’t expecting so I would bring an extra couple of blankets if you use the pullout couch

Pensacola Getaway

Was never sent check in instructions, only text giving us the Condo door code, we had to reply on other people staying at the condo to get us in the locked car gate, and had to text the property manager to figure out how to open the Condo door. Only having 1 fob to open the parking gate and 1 fob to open the entry gate made it difficult for family members to go places separately. But the Condo was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Some of the Kitchen cabinets need replaced as well as the sliding glass door blind, it had several slats missing. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Perfect!

So very pleased! Surpassed our expectations! The view from our balcony of the sunset on the harbor was to die for! Kids really enjoyed looking for crabs at night right outside! Everything was quiet, clean and just perfect! Definitely recommend!
