The Space:

Welcome to your perfect 30A escape in the heart of Seacrest Beach — a spacious coastal retreat designed for relaxing beach days and unforgettable vacations. Nestled among swaying palms and just moments from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, this beautifully appointed home offers the best of the Seacrest Beach lifestyle.



Inside, you’ll find bright, airy interiors with warm hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and an open-concept living space perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Multiple outdoor living areas invite you to relax with morning coffee, sunset drinks, or evenings under the stars. The upper balcony even offers beautiful Gulf views and coastal breezes.



Guests will love access to Seacrest Beach’s iconic 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool, along with deeded beach access and seasonal tram service. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride from Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, The Village of South Walton, and some of 30A’s best dining and shopping.



The Neighborhood:

Beach Access

Seacrest Beach enjoys a deeded beach access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram through the easement.



Lagoon/Amphitheater

Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. This 378,000-gallon pool is one of the largest private pools in the state of Florida, and is open year-round from 9am – 9:45pm for Seacrest residents and guests. At present, our amazing lagoon pool is heated only by the sun. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It is also great for a pick-up game of Bocce or Frisbee throwing.



Getting Around:

Tram Service

From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon. Simply walk out your front door go to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week.



Restaurants/Retail

Seacrest Beach’s neighboring developments, The Village of South Walton, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach, offer an array of excellent local dining and shopping options. These areas are well within a 15 –minute walk from anywhere in Seacrest Beach.

This house was adequate. It was walking distance to several key areas, like beach access, restaurants, the pool, and some shopping. We had a couple issues while staying in the house that had to be addressed by the property management company. But they handled them quickly, while staying in communication with us through the process. It was only a small impact to our overall experience. And the property management company was found to be very polite and courteous. One nice surprise was the bin full of beach chairs and other items located at the back of the house. One limitation that should be noted for future renters is the neighborhood rule that prohibits golf carts. For a house on 30A, found on short notice, it did the job.

Great location and views

We loved the house and had a great time. We would definitely rent again. The location is close to the pool, the beach and the restaurants. What else could you ask for.

Such a fun spot

You cannot beat the location of this house!! We loved the easy beach access, rooftop beach view, and short walk to the pool. The house was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay again.

Great vacation home! Best home in Seacrest we've stayed

Great place to visit. House is clean and well furnished. Location was great and the kids loved the pool! We'll be back next summer for sure, or possible in October if we can find a few extra vacation days. Thanks so much PD & B!

beach paradise

location is great house had lots of beach toys ,bikes ,etc walking distance to pool and beach however we found out on day two there is a tram that will take you close to beach we will be back next year if not sooner

Awesome find!

We love the Rosemary Beach area and Lucky Ducky turned out to be a great find. The location was perfect for easy walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The 3rd floor balcony was perfect for watching the sunset each night. We are hoping to be able to return next year and stay again!

Great Times to be Had!

Overall, a great location. Near the beach and the pool - great area with plenty of great waling destinations. The house is very spacious, well furnished, with amazing gulf views. The 3rd floor balcony is awesome! Perfect for my family and our vacation. Will definitely be back!

Great family house

We are grandparents with two grown children with families. The three levels allowed each family to have a floor with plenty of common areas. The rooftop patio is the best!
