Beautiful condo with great furnishings. The balcony overlooking the pool was perfect. Perfect location with a short drive to PSJ town and Mexico beach. The property was quiet.

Must stay!

We loved this property! My kids enjoyed the pool. It’s so close to PSJ with all of our favorite restaurants and shopping. Plus it’s so close to Mexico Beach which is the best part! Will definitely stay again :)

Convenient location. Spacious layout. Super clean and beautiful! The only thing I didn’t care for was the sliding door to the bathroom but that’s a personal preference in design. Other than that, it was a great stay!!

Perfectly Relaxing

Close to “down town” which offers plenty of restaurants and shopping. Beaches weren’t crowded and water was PERFECT! We drove to PCB for a day and Cape San Blas for a day and we are booking next years trip! Condo and amazing amenities were just what we needed and wanted! Gym was great! Rooftop was relaxing and was a perfect spot to bring a night cap to and watch the sunset!

The best vacation

Our kids only request this year was a simple beach vacation! This condo and area provided everything we wanted and more! The condo was beautiful and comfortable! We used the pool daily and pretty much had it to ourselves. It wasn’t heated as mentioned but it could be due to our trip being in June. It was a cooler June than normal. By the end of the trip the pool was much warmer after several warm days. We drove to Cape San Blas, St Joe Beach and Mexico Beach for beach days. We grilled several times using the grill on property by the pool. There were only 2 other families in the complex the week we were there (and 1 of those couples live there). We all came home ready to book and return soon!

The actual condo was very nice, and the pool was lovely but needs to be cleaned more frequently, because there were lots of bugs in it. The condo development is between a quiet trailer park neighborhood and a very busy road, and the narrow beach across the street isn’t safely accessible. It’s a large new condo building, but only four units appeared to be occupied when we were there. There is no onsite management presence. The long access code for the door took several tries to eventually work. We texted the Portland, Oregon-based Vacasa management company about a broken ceiling fan, and they did send someone out to fix it while we were out. It’s across the bridge from historic Port St. Joe, and about a 30 minute drive to Cape San Blas and Apalachicola. This unit doesn’t face the Gulf, but it’s very quiet.

I specifically rented this property because of the amenities. Took me three days of a four day stay to finally get the code to access the gym, I never got to use the gym.The pool was listed as a private pool but the community kids found it useful, they were in it with their street clothes on. I will definitely not be back.
