The Space:

This fourth-floor studio is located in the Carillon Beach resort community and offers gorgeous views of Lake Carillon and even some of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are stunning! This beach retreat can sleep up to four people and is located across from Lake Powell and alongside Camp Helen State Park, where you will find plenty of scenic hiking. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchenette to prepare delicious meals or cold beverages that you can easily enjoy on the balcony as you take in the views. Unwind in the living room with your guests and turn on the TV and enjoy an exciting movie or fun soap opera.



It is located just two and a half miles from the famous 30A and six miles from the heart of Panama City Beach. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are nearby. A small downtown area with two restaurants, a snack and coffee shop, stores, bike rentals, a gym, and a yoga studio is just a few steps away. You can even rent paddleboards and explore Lake Carillon. Reaching the beautiful sugar-white sand of Carillon Beach is an easy one-quarter mile stroll through the lovely neighborhood of the community. There are eight dune crossovers to allow for different and interesting vantage points. This portion of the Gulf of Mexico is as beautiful as it gets. And, due to its location, is uncrowded. Come and see for yourself and you will not be disappointed.



THINGS TO KNOW

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.

The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

I am very angry that I was told AFTER I PAID FOR MY STAY that I would have to pay an additional "amenity's fee" to have access to the 3 Carillon pools and to have access to the beach crossovers. Totally misleading.

Weekend getaway

My daughter and I stayed at this property for a wedding at Carillon. We loved the convenience for the wedding and how close the property is to 30A. We would definitely stay again. Perfect size for 2 adults.

cute and cozy

We had a great stay for our beach vacation! the only downside was little league baseball tournaments were going on and there were a lot of kids running around at the time we stayed but it didn’t bother us much. it was a beautiful and clean room with a great view and easy access to everything. We even got engaged during our trip! would definitely stay here again.

The area was amazing. The condo was in a great location. We had some problems with the tv that were never resolved and I felt like the mattress was super soft.

Great Location!

Love this place! Great location, fun little square with a beach cafe. I only didn’t rate it a 4 because we had a little trouble getting the entry code (which they remedied within 30 minutes!) Also, the a/c is a little wonky BUT we would rent there again! Thanks!

Quick trip

We go to Carillion 3 times a year. This trip was just my wife and I so we stayed in the condos. This one was well maintained. No issues from us.

Perfect Escape Pristine Beach

Our king size studio was the perfect amount of space and convenience. The white sands and emerald waters were merely 3-minutes walk from our door. We thoroughly enjoyed the short walk and taking in the sights of the quiet beach house neighborhood. Tucked away off the beaten path, an understated elegant beach community without the overcrowding found in some of the other 30A beaches. Terrific bang for our buck for a last minute getaway!

Quick Visit to See Grandkids

Very nice efficiency apartment. Nicely furnished and in very good condition with lovely view of small lake from the balcony. Owners and Management obviously well maintain the property. A little noisy in the morning, because of close proximity to busy route 98 and some odor, probably from algae on the lake, but otherwise very good value.

Carillon Beach Inn

The unit was very clean. The carillon Inn pool was cold even though they say it’s heated. The hot tubs were so dirty I could not believe they would not close them.

Wonderful Trip

This was a perfect spot for a quick little getaway! Loved the location and the amenities. The televisions were the only things that were a little tricky to figure out, but after a little while, I finally figured out how to get them to work correctly. :) I greatly enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon. :)

Great Stay!!

We usually rent an house each year but scheduled late this time and couldn’t stay a whole week. Everything was flawless and enjoyable. The only thing I would suggest is to have a basket of throw blankets. My child froze every night with nothing but basically a sheet. Also, remove the arch decor from behind the bed. It fell on our heads, lol.

Unit tastefully decorated. Linens clean and plentiful. View amazing. Slight downside. Floors and balcony were not cleaned. Lots of sand all over. Not a big deal to sweep up and dispose but not at the beginning of stay. Floors beautiful but gritty and dirty. Shame 😯

Unfortunately we did not have a good welcome to our stay. As we got to the condo and got ready for bed we noticed that it was not cleaned properly. We had to vacuum and mop the floors and clean the bathroom since there was dirt and sand everywhere. I also had to end up going to Walmart to buy sheets because when we pulled down the sheets there was hair all in it and it looked like the bed had been slept in. We also noticed that someone had been in our condo. We made it aware to the lady at the Vacasa office and she was very helpful. She later called me back saying that someone from a previous stay reported the TVs were not working so someone went to fix it. However we wish we had a heads up. Other than that, this place is in a great location to an amazing uncrowded beach and the people in the community are so nice!
